Class Descriptions

Tabata

High intensity interval training (HIIT). Consists of 8 rounds of ultra-high intensity exercises in a specific 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. With a variety of exercises and methods for this training, you’ll always be targeting major muscle groups for a whole- body workout.

Indoor Cycling

Bike conditioning, climbs, jumps, and hills to increase your endurance and muscle tone. A great cardio workout for all levels.

Morning Mayhem

Group Training with a personal touch. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, this is the place to be challenged in a great atmosphere. A combination of power, strength, martial arts & cardio training is utilized to get you to your goals. We are ready to push you to your limits.

Pump

Intense weight- lifting class deigned for building / maintaining lean muscles (no bulk), core strength, and endurance for a strong, balanced body. Challenging exercises will target ALL muscle groups using various equipment: barbell, dumbbell, stability ball and more! Modifications for beginners are certainly provided.

Yoga

In this class you’ll stretch, strengthen, and sweat, building shapes from the ground up so that your body is warm and your mind is prepared for more intense variations. Great as a stand-alone fitness practice or as a compliment to cardio and weight training. All levels class with modifications provided

HIIT the Circuit

HIIT the Circuit- Circuit Training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds to move on to another exercise. This will give attention to all major postural muscles & trigger a Tabata like effect activating both fast & slow twitch muscle fibers. You will be sure to sweat

90’s Nitro Power- Hour

 Let’s face it.. Music just isn’t the same. But that’s ok, because your workouts shouldn’t be either. Come join us for one hour of training to the sounds of one of the greatest eras of hip hop & rock. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh and get great support. You might not catch us in the club like 50 Cent, but you will catch us in class! See you soon at 90’s Nitro Hour.

Silver Sneakers/Senior Fit

Combine fun with fitness and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase cardiovascular, muscular endurance, & range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobics choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
